After drinking the great wines of the world for more than 30 years, and working with the best winemakers in Bordeaux and Napa Valley, we, too, became obsessed with creating the ultimate expression of wine.

After years of research, tasting, study, and meeting with the best winemakers in the world, we knew that we could create a great wine. Our goal was straightforward, although not simple: create a balanced, structured wine that can be enjoyed soon after bottling, yet withstand years of maturation to yield more complex, nuanced aromas and flavors.
