It is in the blend that Radical Two is created. Every year we source only the best that vintage has to offer, from the best Napa Valley AVAs. We then create the ideal blend, to allow the best characteristics of each grape and vineyard site to reveal itself. From the initial aromas released from the glass, to the rich flavors and long, consistent finish, Radical Two delivers a truly “vertically connected” and rare wine experience.
The 2019 vintage of Radical Two is a Bordeaux-style wine, displaying dominant Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics. Nowhere in the world does the Cabernet Sauvignon grape thrive as it does in the Napa Valley, and Radical Two utilizes 100% Napa Valley grown fruit.
Like all great wines, Radical Two is a blend of different grape varietals; our wine is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, but also includes Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot. All of the fruit is grown in the Napa Valley, and we source from different Napa Valley AVAs. Each Napa Valley AVA has the potential to deliver wines with a unique flavor profile. Whether it is grapes that evoke the muscular Howell Mountain flavors, or the red fruit aromas from the Valley floor vineyards, Radical Two delivers a truly distinctive, multi-dimensional, complex wine.
